How Nebula Group Limited collects, uses and protects personal data.
Notice
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
Nebula Group Limited (company number 15392849, registered in England & Wales) of 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3EB is the controller of personal data collected through this website and through correspondence with us. Questions about this notice or about your data can be sent to info@nebula-group.co.uk.
2. What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or analytics, and we do not use it to identify visitors. We collect personal data in two ways:
- When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, any organisation or contact details you include, and the content of your message and attachments.
- When you visit the site. Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive technical data from your browser – your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver pages and to protect the site against attack; we do not use it to profile visitors.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and to assess and progress any investment, partnership, employment or business opportunity it concerns – our legitimate interests in running our business and, where you are asking us to enter into an agreement, the steps needed to do so.
- To deliver this website securely and keep it working – our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
- To keep records required by law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims – compliance with a legal obligation and our legitimate interests.
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making, or send marketing to anyone who has not asked to receive it.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. It keeps one item in your browser’s local storage: a record of your cookie choice, so the banner is not shown again on every page. That is strictly necessary and is not used to track you. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter malicious traffic. Fonts and images are served from this site, so visiting it does not send your data to font or advertising services. If we ever add optional cookies, they will stay off until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through .
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above, with:
- service providers acting on our instructions – Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Microsoft (email and business systems) and GoDaddy (domain registration and the redirect from nebula-group.co.uk);
- other companies in the Nebula group, and our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where relevant to your enquiry;
- regulators, courts or law enforcement where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with the matter it concerns and any follow-on relationship, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires or a potential legal claim makes it necessary. Technical data is held by our hosting provider for a short period under its own retention policies and is not kept by us.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@nebula-group.co.uk; we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
9. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the way we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
